Job Role:-

• Handle and respond to customer emails, providing updates as needed.
• Manage load acceptance and appointment bookings via email.
• Provide customers with ETA updates.
• Possess knowledge of tracking and tracing shipments.
• Proficient in using TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
• Experience in handling drayage shipments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of the trucking industry.
• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Prior experience in logistics customer service is required.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience working with Canada-based trucking companies is preferred.
