Job description
  • Should attend customers who come to game zone to play.
  • Greet and Wish customers with smile.
  • Properly communicate with customers regarding different games available with us.
  • Able to communicate about games details or how to play the games with customer.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
  • Building sustainable customer relationships and trust through open and interactive communication
