Hiring is going on for PRIVATE Bank for the role of Customer Service officer. You will handle customer grievances and queries, guide the customers as per their needs, forge healthy professional relationships with the customer, ensure a healthy and conducive branch banking environment.

Champion the one-stop personal banking services at branches

Deliver quality customer services through counter transactions

Identify existing and prospective customers’ needs of financial services, including both products and services

Grasp opportunities to cross-sell appropriately

Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed, contribute as part of the Bank's bigger anti-money laundry (AML) team

Support back-end branch operations

Freshers are welcome.

Good communication and basic computer knowledge are a must.
