Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Job Location : Permanent Remote Job
Job Type: Permanent position
Shift timing: Night Shift (6:30PM to 03:30 AM) 5days of working (Monday to Friday)

- Excellent US voice accent.
- Previous experience in International US customer service preferably in a BPO environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Good working knowledge of computers and telephone systems.
- Patience with customers and ability to handle tough situations.
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Minimum education must be 10+2 or above.
