Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Location : Permanent Remote Job

Job Type: Permanent position

Shift timing: Night Shift (6:30PM to 03:30 AM) 5days of working (Monday to Friday)

Requirements and Skills

Excellent English communication skills
Excellent US voice accent.
Previous experience in International US customer service preferably in a BPO environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Good working knowledge of computers and telephone systems.
Patience with customers and ability to handle tough situations.
Ability to work in night shifts
Minimum education must be 10+2 or above.

Please note this is a permanent remote job. You must have your own Laptop/desktop and broadband connection.
