Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our international non-voice process team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to global customers via email, chat, or other written communication platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a top-notch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound communication with international customers through calls in a timely manner.
- Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Assist in upselling or cross-selling products and services when appropriate.Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer queries.
- Ensure adherence to established customer service protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferably in a non-voice international process); freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills:
Strong written communication skills in English (mandatory).
Ability to type accurately and quickly.
Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, or similar tools.
Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite, email).
