Job description

• To call the customer after receiving a new order and inform the customer about the delivery timelines and installation arrangement
• Calling customers to take feedback on product and seller experience
• Update CRM with clear notes post the call to record customer feedback
• Escalate issues reported by the customer during the feedback call
• Understand customer issues and help with the resolution as per policy and process
• Follow-up with the customer till the issue reported is resolved

Required Candidate profile

• Previous experience in similar roles will be an added advantage
• Looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills
• Need smart people with good spoken and written English skills, who can also communicate in Hindi
• Experience in handling MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Spread Sheets will be beneficial
• Staying near/ willing to commute to Hydernagar is a must
