4. Problem resolution: Handle complaints and issues related to shipments, such as delays, damages, or incorrect orders, and work towards effective solutions.
5. Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (like warehousing and transportation) to ensure seamless operations and timely service delivery.
6. Documentation: Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork as required.
7. Data entry: Maintain accurate records in the logistics management system, updating customer information and shipment statuses.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1 - 2 Years.
2. Languages: Hindi, English.
3. Familiarity with transportation logistics and operations.
