Interested candidates can share the CVs role: We are seeking skilled Freshers and Experienced candidates in BPO, KPO with Fluent English Speaking skills to join our team. As as CSA (US or UK process),you will be responsible to provide customer service support to a fast paced Home delivery depot in arranging delivery dates for orders to be delivered to the end customer. You will have to handle the outbound and Inbound calls, Live chats and Emails. It's a Blended process. You need to make Calls to meet and surpass customer service levels and make quick responses to the sms and emails.

- Package: 25-30k CTC and Night Allowance in US Shifts
- Full time, Work from Office
- Time Bracket of US Process (Anytime within the time bracket of 10:30 pm to 2:30 am in which shift will be of 9 hrs which includes 45 minutes of break)
- Time Bracket of UK Process (Anytime within the time bracket of 7:30 pm to 9:30 am in which shift will be of 9 hrs which includes 45 minutes of break)
- Rotational US and UK Shifts
- US and UK Bank Holidays, no Indian Holidays
- 6 Days working during probation
- 5.5 days working after probation
- No holidays during probation (3 months)
Mandatory skills:
- Ability to communicate in fluent (written and verbally) English
- Demonstrate accurate numerical and Analytical Skills
- Tech Savvy and proficient in the use of computers.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong IT skills including MS Excel, Word, databases and data input, internet/ email.
- The role requires high level of detail consciousness and someone who is keen to ensure all operational procedures are followed.
- Ability to work without direct supervision independently or as part of a team, prioritise work and deal with competing or conflicting demands in an organised and methodical manner.
- He/ She must be efficient administrator with good communication, listening organisational and accuracy skills in a busy environment.
Good to have skills:
- Customer service experience in a B2C or B2B environment.
- A track record of working towards ad achieving KPI's
- Handling a high volume of Inbound and Outbound calls as part of a team
- Experience of inputting customer information into data systems.
- Experience of making Outbound and dealing with Inbound calls.
- Ideally experience of transport of logistics in a customer service environment would be advantage.
- Understanding the requirement for confidentiality and maintenance of files in accordance with the Data Protection Act and other legal requirements.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage central email inboxes appropriately and action inbound emails.
- To promptly answer incoming and make outgoing calls in an enthusiastic, courteous and efficient manner.
- Adhering to internal and external policies/ procedures to ensure delivery process is executed smoothly.
- Maintain system with current information to ensure orders are updated with all communications.
- Ensure requests to supply information to internal and external contacts are completed within the required deadlines.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure procedures are followed and goods are dispatched.
- Manage own work schedule to ensure assigned duties/ tasks are completed with minimum supervision.
- Identify the customer's requirements and respond to them.
- Complete additional ad-hoc tasks as required.
