Establish and maintain profitable and long-term relationships with key customers
Communicate with customers to identify their demands and requirements
Plan and implement strategies for customer satisfaction and conflict resolution
Evaluate the performance of the sales team and oversee sales activities
Respond to and resolve customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently
Expand the customer base by cross-selling and building rapport
Identify new sales opportunities and participate in product development
Ensure customers are satisfied throughout and after the sales process
Research industry trends and give presentations to new customers
