Key Duties:
1- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services.
2- Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits.
3- Handle and manage all queries received from customers.
4- Attend all the queries received from the Customer.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
Manage customer accounts and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value
Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take necessary actions to improve customer experience
Provide regular reports and updates to management on customer interactions and account status
