We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our customer relations team. As a Customer Relations Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving issues, providing information, and delivering excellent customer service in line with our clients’ requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Record and update customer information in the database.
- Meet performance targets, including issue resolution and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills .
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer relations or customer service role preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
