Roles And Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to connect with leads generated through marketing efforts.
Follow up daily calls to maintain relationships with candidates looking for various courses and universities.
Should be able to understand their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry.
Schedule meetings and appointments with counsellors for prospect leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
Explain various courses and their benefits to candidates through phone calls or in person.
Meet and exceed targets for lead qualification and appointment scheduling.
Should have convincing skills.
Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to timelines.
Should have command of any language you speak.
Walk-in Days : Monday to Friday
Walk-in Time : 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM
