Hiring for Customer Care Executive
Position: Customer Care Executive (CCE)
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 CTC
Job Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Shift: Flexible, 24x7 (any 9-hour shift)
Weekends: No off on Saturdays and Sundays
Age Limit: 18-30 years
Minimum Qualification: Class 12th
Preference: Male candidates preferred
Eligibility: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required skills:
- Good typing Speed.
