Need to transfer calls to the supervisors, No Targets of Sale.

Training will be given to the Freshers, Attractive Incentives (as per there job roles),Every Alternative Saturday and all Sundays Off.
10+2 or any further qualification, Previous Experience if any, Freshers are welcome 0 - 1yr, Basic Computer Knowledge, Good Communication Skills in English (mandatory).

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Good knowledge of customer management software and MS Office

Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance
