1. Weight Measurement Management
o Oversee the weighment process for materials entering and exiting the crusher facility.
o Ensure accurate measurement of material weights using calibrated scales and equipment.
2. Data Recording and Reporting
o Maintain accurate records of all weight measurements and report discrepancies.
o Prepare daily and weekly weight reports for management review.
3. Quality Control
o Monitor the quality of materials being processed in the crusher.
o Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements regarding material specifications.
4. Team Supervision
o Supervise the weighment team and provide training to new employees on proper procedures and safety practices.
o Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to improve operational efficiency.
5. Process Optimization
o Identify opportunities to enhance weighment processes for increased efficiency.
o Implement strategies to reduce downtime and improve throughput.
6. Equipment Maintenance
o Coordinate regular maintenance and calibration of weighing scales and related equipment.
o Report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team promptly.
7. Safety Compliance
o Enforce safety protocols and best practices in the weighment area to promote a safe working environment.
o Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the team.
8. Communication and Coordination
o Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of materials.
o Serve as a point of contact for all weighment-related inquiries and issues.
9. Inventory Management
o Assist in managing inventory levels of materials processed through the crusher.
o Coordinate with inventory management teams to align weighment data with overall inventory strategies.
