Overview:As a CRM Specialist at our men's wear studio, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationships and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through post-purchase engagement. Your role will involve utilizing CRM tools and strategies to optimize customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer information.

Segmentation and Targeting: Segment customer base based on demographics, behavior, and purchase history to tailor marketing strategies and communication.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute CRM campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, etc.) to engage customers, promote products, and drive sales.

Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze customer touchpoints and develop strategies to enhance customer experience at every stage of the journey.

Feedback Collection: Implement systems for collecting customer feedback and insights to improve products and services.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze CRM campaign performance metrics, customer engagement, and ROI to optimize future campaigns.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in CRM or a related role within the fashion or retail industry.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in CRM or relevant field.
Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
Understanding of current trends in men's fashion and consumer behavior.
