Role: CRM Lead/ Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure thorough knowledge of the services & value offering and the ability to align our services with the customer requirement and need (Training will be provided)
- Act as the first point of contact for all inbound/outbound inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining customer profiles, creating and updating bookings
- Sending timely updates and providing responses to any customer query for ongoing bookings
- Handle customer grievance and after service calls ensuring 100% customer delight
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure correct services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal on ground team
- Support senior manager to execute road map for improving customer experience and retention
- Maximise revenue per customer/data record by re-engaging a dormant/inactive audience under the guidance of senior management
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Executing CRM strategies designed by CRM leads and managers to attract and retain customers while expanding the brand’s reach and boosting consumer loyalty.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Required Skill Set
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a constantly changing, high pressure environment with varying demands, often on accelerated timelines
- Proactively identify new innovations that will help to improve our ability to meet our overall business objectives
- 2 years of previous experience in CRM
- Should have a high EQ and empathetic to dogs
- Prior experience in dog services industry preferred
- Should have basic understanding of dogs
- Prior experience in managing and using CRM tool preferred
