Responsibilities:
Greet customers and offer personalized assistance in selecting jewellery items.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends and products.
Answer customer queries and provide detailed information about the products.
Ensure the store display is attractive, clean, and well-organized.
Process transactions accurately and securely using POS systems.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Conduct inventory management and report discrepancies.
