Job Description

We need a candidates who are familiar with counter sales, incentives also applicable..  welcome customers in counter and understands the products very well to explain it to our customers, we provide training so that staffs can understand the products very well..

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Maintain an organized and clean sales counter area.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a courteous manner.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
