Position Overview:
Counsellor - Sales is a key member of Sales team, responsible for monitoring and
analyzing admissions data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for
enhancing the overall admissions process.
Additionally, providing leadership and guidance to a team of admissions counselors, setting goals,
and ensuring that admissions targets are met. Reviewing and evaluating student applications to
determine eligibility and suitability for admission, and making recommendations for acceptance
or denial
Qualification:
• Post-Graduates in Sales / Business / Management Stream.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing admissions strategies to attract and enroll a diverse pool of
qualified students, including targeted marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets
• Self–motivated and organized, capable of Managing a high volume of customer interactions.
• Analyzing admissions data to identify trends, track progress towards enrollment goals, and make
data-driven decisions to improve recruitment and enrollment strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting will be an added
advantage
• Continuously evaluating and refining admissions processes and procedures to enhance efficiency,
effectiveness, and the overall student experience and identifying opportunities for new Business
Development through Lead Generation.
• Reviewing database of prospect clients; maintain a database (Salesforce, Excel) of prospective
client information and identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the
sales pipeline.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, enrollment management, and academic
affairs, to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless experience for prospective students from
inquiry to enrollment.
• Inside sales & Outdoor meetings if required
