We are looking for a cook/chef for a sweet and snack corner in Gossaigoan, Assam. The person should be willing to relocate or travel everyday to the shop. Special expertise needed in sweets and snacks.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian namkeen and sweets.
Plan and design diverse and appealing menus.
Source high-quality ingredients and manage stock levels.
Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety.
Innovate with new recipes while preserving traditional methods.
Ensure presentation excellence of all items produced.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to meet production goals.
Skills:
Deep knowledge of traditional Indian snacks and dessert recipes.
Ability to create and innovate new recipes.
Strong understanding of food safety standards.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
