As a Content Developer at TGC, you will play a key role in designing and developing engaging, effective, and innovative content for our diverse clientele.
Your key responsibilities include:
● Creating informative and engaging learning content for various training needs
● Partner with designers, subject matter experts, and other content developers to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of content
● Review, edit, and refine content for clarity, consistency, and accessibility, incorporating learning feedback
● Stay updated on gamification and instructional design trends, experiment with formats and techniques
● Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with everyone involved
Required Skills
● 1-2 years of content creation experience
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
● An affinity for research and attention to detail
● Good project and time management skills
● Ability to collaborate with other creative and technical professionals
