Job Description

For an G+10 floor residential apartment construction company need construction site supervisor. Salary is not constraint for right candidate. Yearly increments and job security. Autocad, site works supervision skills needed.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Manage and allocate resources efficiently.
Resolve on-site issues and address any delays promptly.
Inspect and review project progress and quality of work.
Prepare and submit reports on project status.

Skills:
Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
