Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee construction projects to ensure they meet deadlines and budgets.
Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Prepare project estimates, budgets, and work schedules.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and provide technical guidance.
Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with contractors, clients, and team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Engineer or similar role.
Experience in project management and supervision.
Solid understanding of construction procedures and material procurement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
