Job Description

Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing the issues with software, hardware, and networks
Security: Ensuring the security of computer systems and networks
Maintenance: Performing preventive maintenance, such as installing antivirus software and ad blockers
Updates: Installing software updates and patches
Backup: Performing daily backups and data recovery
Monitoring: Monitoring computer performance and network traffic
Documentation: Maintaining logs and documentation of system operations, issues, and resolutions
Collaboration: Working with IT, programmers, and systems analysts to resolve issues and coordinate testing environments
User support: Answering user questions and troubleshooting problems
Inventory: Maintaining computer equipment and inventory
Reporting: Generating reports for HR and other departments
