Job Description

Computer Operations and Computer Literacy skills
Strong Communication skills
Proficiency in Back Office Operations
Typing proficiency
Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and organizational skills
Previous experience as a Computer Operator or in a related role is a plus
When required in field technical work on field, good learner
Understand English,
Good knowledge of MS office
Internet
Familiarity with various operating systems and monitoring tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Maintain accurate records of operations and report any discrepancies.
Assist in making system backups and restore data as necessary.
Collaborate with IT staff to optimize computing systems and networks.
Update job procedures and documentation.
