We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to join our team. The Computer Operator will be responsible for monitoring and managing computer systems, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining system performance, and supporting various departments by executing daily tasks on the computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance and prevent issues
• Manage and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems
• Run scheduled system checks, backups, and batch jobs to ensure system efficiency and data security
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner
• Maintain records of operations, including system logs, activity reports, and error tracking
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular system audits and backups
• Respond promptly to system alerts or user-reported issues
• Coordinate with the IT team for software upgrades, maintenance, and system updates
• Provide technical support to users and departments by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
• Collaborate with system administrators and developers to improve system efficiency and functionality
• Follow established procedures for operations and security policies to ensure system security
• Train staff on new software or system updates as needed
