About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning and executing community outreach initiatives including events, workshops, and volunteer programs
2. Help manage relationships with community partners and stakeholders
3. Develop and maintain communication materials, including newsletters, social media content, and press releases
4. Conduct research and analyze data to identify potential community engagement opportunities
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of community outreach programs
6. Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in community development, social work, or a related field
2. Strong organizational and project management skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
