Responsibilities:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes with a focus on taste, quality, and presentation

Developing and executing recipes, ensuring the authentic taste and cultural aspects of each dish

Ordering, receiving, and managing inventory of ingredients, herbs, and spices

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene standards

Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation

Adhering to menu planning and cost control to optimize the restaurant's profitability

Innovating and creating new dishes to keep our menu exciting and fresh
