We are seeking a skilled Commercial Interior Designer with a minimum of 0-2 years of experience to join our Real estate firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 2D and 3D layouts with multiple options for commercial interior spaces. They will work with AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, etc. to produce accurate plans, layouts, elevations, and sections. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards are essential for this role.

2D Layout

• Generate detailed 2D layouts with multiple options for commercial interior spaces.
  

• Utilize AutoCAD proficiently to create and modify plans, layouts, elevations, and sections.
  

• Compare and analyze plans, layouts, elevations, and sections to ensure accuracy and quality.
  

• Produce 3D views of the space with multiple slides to present design options.
  

• Coordinate with vendors and track ongoing work updates.
  

• Interact with clients and internal team to understand their requirements and preferences.
  

• Collaborate with internal departments for seamless project execution.
  

• Conduct physical measurements of sites and apply them accurately in AutoCAD.
  

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of MEP layouts.
  

• Maintain knowledge of materials commonly used in office space design.
  

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in commercial interior design drafting.
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
  

• Experience working in commercial design is required for this position
  

• Strong understanding of architectural plans, layouts, elevations, and sections.
