Role Overview:

As a Collection Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing and achieving collection targets across your assigned branch. Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly collection targets for the assigned branch.
• Optimize the cost of collections, ensuring targets are met within specified limits.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with legal guidelines and adhere to the Code of Conduct.
• Monitor collection agencies and executives to prevent fraudulent practices and mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with collection teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, preferably within the banking and finance industry.
• Strong understanding of legal guidelines related to collections.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
