Job Description

This is a Soft Collection process @ Finance Firm*Navi Mumbai
-  Graduate 
-  Fixed Sunday Week off
-  Pure Collection process
-  Shift timing 9am to 6pm
-  Salary depends on Interviews
-  Incentive 
- Training provided
- Language Basic English & Hindi

Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone, email, or letters to collect outstanding debts
Negotiate payment plans and follow up with customers to ensure payments are being made
Update customer records to reflect payment history and arrangements
Provide excellent customer service while working to resolve outstanding debts

Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
