Contact customers via phone, email, or letters to collect outstanding debts

Negotiate payment plans and follow up with customers to ensure payments are being made

Update customer records to reflect payment history and arrangements

Provide excellent customer service while working to resolve outstanding debts

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
