Requirements:

1) PROVEN EXPERIENE IN STORE MANAGER OR CLUSTER MANAGER. 2) WILLING TO TRAVEL.

3) TEAM WORK. 4) SALES ANALYSIS.

5) RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR ROLE.

Skills:

1) GOOD SPOKEN AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS. 2) DECISION MAKING SKILLS.

3) NEGOTIATION SKILLS.

4) GOOD STANDARD OF NUMERICAL SKILLS.

Knowledge of:

1) EXCECL KNOWLEDGE.

2) MS OFFICE.

3) POWER POINT PRSENTATION.

Duties:

Leading and motivating retail managers and employees across multiple locations.

Setting sales targets and key performance indicators.

Ensuring consistency of visual merchandising across multiple retail stores.

Monitoring stock levels and financial transactions of multiple store locations.

Acting as a liaison between retail managers and upper management.

Assisting with recruitment and training processes.

Preparing rosters and allocating duties.
