Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmaceutical laws.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and medication inventory.
• Provide a consistent process of patient care that ensures the appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety of the patient’s medication use.
