Job Role:
- Engage with clients for NGO-related projects through phone calls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to the organization's mission ensure a professional and empathetic approach during client interactions
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Identify and assess client needs to offer suitable solutions.
Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance and value.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
Organize and participate in client meetings and presentations.
Track and report on client relationship metrics.
