Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Relationship Association (CRM)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for fundraising, and the
ability to effectively engage with potential donors over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential donors to promote our initiatives and solicit
donations.
Donor Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors, ensuring a
positive experience.
Campaign Promotion: Inform and educate potential donors about Smile India Trust’s mission, programs,
and campaigns.
Data Management: Accurately record and update donor information and interactions in our CRM
system.
Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and previous conversations to encourage donations and provide additional
information as needed.
Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports on call outcomes, donor responses, and areas for
improvement.
Qualifications: 12th/ Graduated
Experience: Fresher. Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, persuasive ability, and active listening.
Passion: Genuine interest in charitable work and enthusiasm for promoting our cause.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and basic office software.
