Responsibilities and duties:

• Manage and obtain permits, civil construction projects from planning to completion

• Conduct customer research – Secondary research and primary research

• Research, track, maintain and update leads

• Make outgoing calls to develop new leads

• Contact prospects to qualify leads

• Research and maintain lead generation database

• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads

• Liase with Digital marketing agencies

Skills / attributes required:

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)

• Ability to learn and willingness to carry out assigned tasks without supervision

• Fully takes ownership and shows progress on a weekly basis

• Travel (25%) to conduct primary research, lead generation and for civil works

• Experience in real estate selling is a plus
