Job Description

Shivaay Constructions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The Civil Foreman will be responsible for coordinating daily operations on construction sites, managing workers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Manage a team of construction workers, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines for construction projects.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Maintain accurate records and reports of construction activities.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
