Job Description
Managing, Developing, Creating and Maintaining construction projects.
Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data (drawings, reports, tests, and other)
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other
technical documentation as required.
Building Construction works of all minor and major structures like foundation, column, beam, slab and
rcc wall.
Have experience of working on Raft foundations, Pre-Casting (column and beam) and Erection
(column and beam) work.
Preparation of BBS as per given in drawing, execution of drawings on site along with the approval of
client.
Calculation of all quantities required on site as per the requirement of structure.
Good supervision skills which include keeping check on works like Shuttering, Reinforcement and
Concreting.
Work of Contractor Billing.
Keeping up the work while keeping (IMIR) Incoming Material Inspection Report,
(RFI) Request for Inspection, (DPR) Daily Progress Report and (DLR) Daily Labor Report in views.
Conduct to (TBT) Tool box talk, daily basis permit to work and (DTRA) Daily Task Risk Assessment.
Have experience of Safety work.
