Job Description
Exclusively in building works / handling all construction work. Residential buildings / managing the labors and work done as per drawing, timing work handling, Tiles work and painting work.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop infrastructure projects
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and estimates
Manage project timelines and budgets
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders
Supervise construction activities and monitor progress
Perform quality control checks and inspections
Solve technical problems and provide engineering solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Experience with relevant regulatory standards and codes
