Job Description
NEED CHINESE COOK FOR RESTAURANT & CLOUD KITCHEN
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes in accordance with established recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety are met.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food for various catering services.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their culinary needs and preferences for personalized menu creation.
Skills:
Culinary skills (Mandatory skill) are essential for crafting authentic and delicious Chinese dishes that meet high quality standards.
Knowledge of Chinese Cuisine (Mandatory skill) is required to create diverse and authentic menu options to satisfy customer preferences.
Proficient knife skills to ensure precise and safe chopping, slicing, and dicing of ingredients, promoting both aesthetics and safety.
Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure all prepared dishes meet mandatory health and safety regulations.
Experience in menu planning to design a balanced and appealing selection of Chinese dishes that cater to various tastes.
Ability to select the best ingredients to enhance the flavor and presentation of each dish, ensuring top quality meals.
Understanding of advanced cooking techniques for Chinese cuisine to ensure the authenticity and quality of every meal.
