Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead LX1B Private Limited Company, a premium automotive firm focused on luxury vehicles. The CEO will be responsible for defining strategic direction, ensuring sustainable growth, and driving innovation within our organization.

• Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of executive-level experience in the automotive, luxury goods, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
• Leadership: Proven record in strategic planning, decision-making, and team leadership, ideally with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Market Insight: In-depth knowledge of luxury market dynamics, global business operations, and customer behavior in the high-end automotive industry.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, investor relations, and budget planning.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to build partnerships with stakeholders and inspire teams.
