Job Description

Food preparation - 
Primarily Italian 
Kitchen management 
Menu development 
Kitchen staff leadership 
Health and safety 
Familiarity with kitchen equipments 
Good communication skills with a flexible attitude and teamwork skills. 
Cook and present food items according to recipes and standards.
Ensure kitchen safety and hygiene by following health regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory and notify if stocks are running low.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Assist in creating new recipes and menu items.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
