Experience in chatbot development not only using predefined packages/SDK
Must have a decent understanding of LLMs and how they interact with APIs
Experience working on Gen AI tools/LLMs or should show some interest in learning these technologies and have certification in Gen AI/LLM topics
Ability to design conversation flows and optimize user interactions.
Experience in training and refining chatbot models for better accuracy.
