Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat channels. You will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department if necessary.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions and follow-up.

Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations and resolutions.

Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and chat support techniques.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.
