Position: Chat Sales Representative
Salary: 26k to 35k CTC
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through chat and provide them with exceptional sales support.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve any concerns or issues.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Maintain thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer queries.
Requirements:
Graduates or HSC pass with a minimum of 2 years of documented BPO experience in a similar role.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with chat-based sales processes and tools.
Comfortable working in US shifts with rotational week offs.
