Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Fresher/1 Year Experience)

Location: New Delhi

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with a strong understanding of the Companies Act 2013, Income Tax (both direct and indirect),and related compliance requirements. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are keen to build their career in finance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounting entries and reconcile general ledgers.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act 2013.
• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings.
• Work closely with the company’s accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and vendor management.
• Support in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with Indian authorities (e.g., Income Tax, GST departments) for compliance and audit purposes.
• Collaborate with senior CAs on compliance-related activities, including financial documentation and statutory audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2013 and Indian taxation laws.
• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.
• Motivation to learn and take on new challenges.
