Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on direct tax compliance including filing of various returns viz. Tax Audits, Return of Income, SFT, etc.
2. Transfer Pricing (TP) matters including Policy Guidelines, benchmarking analysis, TP audit, assessment, appeals relating to TP
3. Work on drafting submissions for assessments, Notices, etc.
4. Analyze & respond to Notices issued by the Dept
5. Work on tax litigation research and Risk analysis of litigations based on facts & judicial precedence
6. Work on internal tax consulting (WHT, Tax benefits, etc. and risk management advice to businesses
7. Support in policy advocacy through representations before trade bodies
8. Work on tax-related MIS for the group and the group entities
9. Validate the tax process and support the effective use of suitable tax technology tools
