We are looking for a Centre incharge who will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from start to finish at the centre. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day center operations
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve objectives
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor and manage financial performance metrics
Recruit, train, and manage center staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Facilitate communication between different departments
Identify and execute opportunities for operational improvements
Prepare and present performance reports to upper management
