Responsibilities
Install CCTV systems at client sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.
Perform maintenance checks and repairs on CCTV equipment to ensure maximum functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCTV systems.
Provide technical support and training to clients on the use of CCTV equipment.
Keep detailed logs of service calls, maintenance tasks, and repairs.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to identify and resolve any issues.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and best practices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
Strong understanding of CCTV system components and functionality.
Familiarity with network protocols and IP camera systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
